Bridge to Success (BTS)

Focuses on coping strategies for individuals to reduce stress at home and at work. Stress related problems among adults is extensive, ranging from psychological symptoms, including depression, anxiety, and substance abuse; as well as physical problems, such as heart disease, hypertension, and obesity. We can help you improve your quality of life by providing helpful tools and information, so you can better deal with your everyday problems. BTS is a 16-week group that can be offered in 16 one-hour sessions or 8 two-hour sessions. Group sessions include dinner and other incentives. Transportation and childcare can be arranged upon request. This grant-funded program is available at no cost to individuals who meet certain eligibility requirements.
