Employee Assistance Program

EmPoWER Somerset offers a comprehensive, confidential Employee Assistance Program or EAP to provide managers and employees with the resources they need to effectively deal with work-related problems or personal issues that may adversely impact their work performance, health or well being. Businesses contracting for this employee healthcare benefit will have access to assessment, crisis management, short term counseling and referral services for their employees and their immediate family members for a broad range of mental health concerns including but not limited to: family / personal relationship issues, stress management, marital conflict, depression, anxiety, financial planning. EAP services also include supervisory trainings on how to appropriately address and document workplace issues such as employee substance abuse or personal conflicts in the workplace.
