Somerset’s Initiative for Partying Safely (SIPS) is a grant funded project made available by the New Jersey Department of Human Services Division of Addiction Services. This project aims to reduce the harmful consequences of alcohol use among young adults in Somerset County, especially driving under the influence (DUI).
